Veterinary Examination
Every puppy receives a veterinary health examination before leaving our care. The examination may include an assessment of the puppy’s eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, gums, skin, coat, heart, respiratory system, gastrointestinal system, musculoskeletal system, and overall condition.
A health record is provided with your puppy. We recommend that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of receiving the puppy.
Your puppy will receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before leaving our care. Your veterinarian can recommend the appropriate schedule for future vaccinations, deworming, nutrition, and routine health examinations.
Health Guarantee
Our health guarantee applies according to the terms provided at the time of purchase. If a serious health condition covered by the guarantee is diagnosed within the applicable guarantee period, appropriate documentation from a licensed veterinarian will be required.
If a covered condition qualifies under the guarantee, we may offer a replacement puppy of comparable value, subject to the specific terms of the health guarantee. Veterinary documentation confirming the diagnosis or cause of death must be provided when applicable.
Because a puppy’s health can also be affected by genetics, environment, nutrition, exercise, and daily care, following your veterinarian’s recommendations is essential.
Exceptions to This Health Guarantee
The health guarantee does not cover conditions or expenses resulting from accidents, injuries, neglect, improper care, failure to follow veterinary recommendations, or routine procedures such as vaccinations, spaying, neutering, or treatment of undescended testicles.
Regular veterinary care is required to maintain the health guarantee. Any suspected health concern should be addressed promptly by a licensed veterinarian.

We understand that bringing a Toy Poodle puppy home is an important decision. Any return, refund, or replacement policy is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
